This is a distinguished General in the Nigerian Army. I was privileged to work in the clinic of the barracks he was in charge of. Through him I got to realize that soldiers are indeed human and can be truly God fearing. What I found more fun about this portrait was his khaki uniform. I wanted to get its crisp and always well ironed look. It gave me joy to see that my first attempt at painting a soldier was not so bad after all.
